Registration
The registration fee includes the Monday Spouse/Guest Meet & Greet Breakfast, Monday night Reception and Buffet Dinner, Tuesday Industry Breakfast, Cocktail Reception and Banquet, and all PCI coffee breaks. All other meals, recreational and room charges will be placed on the individual's account. The tennis, golf, fishing tournament and Naples Trolley Tour fees must be paid at the time of registration (See separate Activities Registration Form).
Fax: To register by fax, complete the registration form and fax it to (703) 684-1771. Payment must be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express when registering by fax. To avoid duplicate charges, please do not mail your form after faxing it.

Hotel Reservations
Please make your hotel reservations directly with the Marco Island Marriott Resort by clicking here or by calling (800) 438-4373. Please reference Group Code POWA when making your reservation. PCI's group rate is $169 single/double occupancy (plus tax and resort fee) for luxurious tower rooms. Gulf front suites (one bedroom) are also available (single/double occupancy) for $540 a night (plus tax and resort fee). Please make your reservations before May 9, 2008, which is when any remaining rooms will be released. After May 9, 2008, there is no guarantee that rooms will be available at PCI's group rate. The hotel is currently sold out on the night of May 28th and 29th.
Registration and Hotel Cancellations
To receive a refund of registration fees, notification of cancellation must be received in writing no later than May 21, 2008. Please fax any registration cancellations to PCI at (703) 684-1771, attention Sheila Pasquini. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after May 21, 2008. Substitutions are allowed but requests must be made in writing. If you need to cancel your hotel reservations, please do so ASAP by contacting the Marco Island Marriott Resort directly at (800) 438-4373.
