The Hands-on Powder Coating Workshop is an intensive introductory seminar on powder coating materials, their application, troubleshooting, and maintenance, along with hands-on training.

You should attend if you are:

• New to a powder coating operation
• Considering converting from a liquid to a powder coating system
• Working for a powder coater and want the latest information on materials and applications

In the classroom, learn the latest:

• Properties, storage, and handling of powder coating materials
• Application equipment - components, use, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Powder booth and recovery systems
• Pretreatment system design, use, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Curing ovens, curing cycles, and maintenance

In the lab:

• Experience hands-on training in powder application, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Team up with classmates for a powder coating contest. Winners will receive a PCI golf shirt.

This program includes:

• Use of the powder lab facilities
• A powder coating handbook plus terms & definitions
• Handouts printed from the actual presentations

Affordable Prices

Participation in this two-day workshop costs only $425 for PCI company members, $450 for PCI Affiliate members, and $500 for non-members.
