Facilities: 100,000 sq. ft. specializing in fabrication of precision-made metal tubing to custom specifications (bending, brazing, flaring, end finishing, cold forming, and surface coating).
Substrates: Steel.
Pretreatment: Immersion and spray washer iron phosphate systems. 6-stage washer includes alkaline cleaner, three rinses, phosphate, and non-chrome seal.
Coatings Application: Automatic and manual spray of hybrid powders. One booth, ten automatic guns, and two manual guns. One off-line booth with one manual gun.
Curing System: Gas convection oven.
Conveyor/Booth Capacity: Conveyorized system, parts to 42" W x 57" H x 108" L; up to 75 lbs. per pendant.
Quality Control: Pretreatment baths titrated daily. Routine impact and mil thickness testing. Company-wide training on quality, SPC, process controls. ISO 9001.
