Substrates: Mixed metals.
Pretreatment: Iron phosphate spray wash/glass bead and aluminum oxide grit blast, 3-stage washline, phosphate and seal rinse. Thermal stripping (burn off) and media blasting.
Coatings Application: Manual spray of epoxy, polyester, hybrid, thermoplastic, nylon, TeflonŽ, and ceramic powders. Automatic spray and cyclone reclaim.
Curing System: 25' x 8' x 7' 6" gas convection, 16' x 7' 6" x 7' 6" gas convection, and 6' x 6' x 6'. 800 degree capability, 60' in-line gas oven and dry-off.
Conveyor/Booth Capacity: 25' on manual line, enclosed track conveyor, four automatic guns and two manual guns, with a part opening of 2.5' x 4.5 '.
Quality Control: QC manual, thickness gauges.
