Facilities:Olathe - 45,000 sq. ft. with four separate lines. Ottawa - 75,000 sq. ft. with three batch booths and one conveyorized line.

Pretreatment: Abrasive blast, 5-, and 7-stage wash systems, multi metal cleaners, final rinse.
Coatings Application: Automatic and manual spray. Epoxy, polyester, hybrids, and urethane powders.
Curing System: One 50' batch oven. Two 25' batch ovens. 3 gas ovens, precision temperature controls.
Conveyor/Booth Capacity: One batch booth 50' L x 8' H x 10' W. Two batch booths 25' L x 7' H. Three conveyorized lines: 10' L x 3' W and 60" H x 8' L.
Quality Control: In-house test procedures; each line has its own inspector.
