Facilities: 46,000 sq. ft., three powder coating lines. Work with OEMs in a wide variety of industries. Burn-off oven, sandblast, beadblast, and liquid stripping.
Substrates: Mixed metals.
Pretreatment: Three iron phosphate spray systems, bead blast, sand blast booth, and rotoblast.
Coatings Application: Manual and automatic electrostatic powder spray applications.
Curing System: Three gas-fired curing ovens. Two ovens are conveyorized and a third is batch.
Conveyor/Booth Capacity: Two systems use a continuous conveyor which operates from 6' to 10' per minute. Booth openings on the conveyorized systems are 36" x 60". Manual system utilizes an overhead track with load bars and is capable of handling parts up to 24' x 8' x 5', weighing up to 1,500 lbs.
Quality Control: QC program is in place. Certified by several large manufacturers.
