Substrates: Steel, stainless, aluminum, brass, zinc diecast, and cast iron.
Pretreatment: 3- and 5-stage iron phosphate. Non-chrome aluminum conversion coating. Derusting/descaling. Vapor degreasing and sand blasting.
Coatings Application: Electrostatic spray and fluidized bed. (Epoxy, polyesters, urethanes, acrylics, hybrids, and nylon.)
Curing System: Gas and electric convection. Gas and electric infrared/convection.
Conveyor/Booth Capacity: Manual spray/batch coating. Five spray booths, five batch ovens 4' x 6' x 14'. Three overhead conveyor systems, parts to 24" x 36" x 25' L. Overhead conveyor system with on-line, 3-stage washer, parts to 24" x 72" x 96". Chain-on-edge conveyor, parts to 8" x 8" x 13".
Quality Control: Fully equipped QC lab to monitor coating thickness, hardness, adhesion, impact resistance, and pinhole detection. Government approved inspection methods. Inspection and sampling plans tailored to meet customer requirements. ISO 9000:2000 certified.
