Substrates: Mixed metals & non-conductives (plastic).
Pretreatment: 5-stage washer, 8' length capability. Tri metal phosphate, non-chrome seal. Thermal stripping and abrasive blasting.
Coatings Application: Manual and automatic spray. Three lines, four booths.
Curing System: Gas convection to 500 degrees with part size capability up to 30’ x 10’ x 10’ with 5,000 pound capacity on square transfer line.
Conveyor Capacity: Variable speed, 75 lb. Centers on automatic line.
Quality Control: ISO compliant, in-house ASTM testing, with salt spray, humidity, color analysis.
