Plant Locations: One plant at above address.
Facilities: 50,000 sq. ft. of factory/warehouse space with a shipping ramp and 2 truck docks. Pick-up, delivery, and packaging available.
Pretreatment: 5-stage pretreatment system. High pressure phosphatizing wand washing system.
Coatings Application: Both automatic and batch spray systems.
Curing System: One conveyor convection curing oven, and two batch convection ovens.
Conveyor/Booth Capacity: Conveyor line handles tubing up to 7’ in length; other sizes 7’ x 3’ x 2’. Batch process part size capabilities: up to 25’ x 10’ x 8’.
Stripping: Sandblasting booth and part stripping available.
Quality Control: Written procedure manual. Testing for coating thickness, adhesion, color, cure, and pinhole detection available. Approved powder coater for FMC-Jetway and Boeing.
