IPC is one of the largest powder coating operations in Southern California with 10 systems and over 100,000 square feet in 3 facilities. Founded in 1983, IPC has the knowledge and experience to give your products the quality and service our customers require. Multiple modern lines, over 100 personnel, and management actively involved in the Powder Coating Institute (PCI), Society of Manufacturing Engineers / Association for finishing Processes (SME/AFP) and Chemical Coaters Association International (CCAI) keeps IPC at the forefront of the coating industry.
IPC has two of the largest overhead I-Beam batch lines in the United States. Parts as large as 8' x 10' x 40' can be blasted or chemically pretreated with our multistage phosphate line, then coated in a variety of finishes. All of IPC's four conveyor systems utilize multistage iron phosphate with DI rinse and non-chrome seal.
IPC inventories over 500 assorted powders. These are available in high gloss, semi-gloss and flat finishes. Specialty finishes such as wrinkles, hammers, veins, clears and fluorescents are also available. Chemistries available include epoxy, hybrid, urethane, TGIC polyester and super durable polyesters. If you require special finishes, IPC offers thermoplastic, anti-graffiti and FBE, to name a few. Contact us for a full list of specialty finishes.
IPC is one of a select few coating facilities that qualify and are approved for military, aerospace, underwriters laboratories, CSA and portable water applications. IPC is also PCI 3000 Certified.
IPC also provides liquid coating. Our professional staff has over 30 years of painting and powder coating experience. Small items and extrusions as long as 20' can be processed in acid-etch primers, epoxy primers, enamels, urethanes and MIL Spec coatings. Whether its samples or high volume production, IPC can meet your needs. We are expanding our liquid coating facility to accommodate large structural items and the application of architectural coatings.
Quality assurance is important to IPC. Our trained staff is kept up-to-date on the latest developments in coating technology, processes, application methods and equipment.
Working together we can identify the best way to satisfy your finishing requirements. We look forward to hearing from you.
