**1 free insert of promotion piece in the welcome package (additional inserts can be added for $99)

*All sponsors must submit 2 high resolution digital logo files (EPS and JPEG) at the time the sponsorship is reserved.
** All sponsor collateral for the tote bag inserts and sponsorship fulfillment must arrive at PCI’s offices no later than September 23, 2016.

Breakfast Sponsor - $1,750 (two available)
Promote your company at one breakfast gathering. Along with signage, you will be given space on a table for your promotion items/brochures.

Networking Break Sponsor - $1,500 (three available)
Promote your company at a networking break. Along with signage, you will be given space on a table for your promotion items/brochures.

Lunch Sponsor - $2,000 (one available)
Promote your company at lunch. Along with signage, you will be given space on a table for your promotion items/brochures. Includes 2 minutes of microphone time to welcome attendees to lunch.

Reception Sponsor - $1,500 (one available)
Your company will play host to the reception with logoed napkins, signage and space on a table for your company collateral.

Lab Demo Sponsor - $2,200 (limited availability)
Conduct a hands-on demonstration during the lab portion of the Summit.

Meet and Greet Sponsor - $2,000 (one available)
Be the first to interact with attendees, and make a lasting first impression. Sponsorship includes signage and table space for your company’s marketing collateral.

eBlast Sponsor - $1,500
Promote your company’s products and/or services to all PCI members through a 360x100 pixel ad (including link) in a dedicated PCI eblast promoting the 2016 PC Summit.

Education Sponsor - $1,800
Representative will introduce the moderator to kick off the conference. Includes 2 minutes microphone time to welcome attendees and promote your company’s products and services. A table will be available in the education sessions for your company collateral and signage to be displayed.

Lanyard Sponsor - $2,000 (one available)
Every attendee will wear your brand around their neck.
**Sponsor must supply the lanyards to PCI.

Tote Bag Sponsor - $1,500 (one available)
Attendees will be your walking advertisers! Each attendee will receive a bag.
