A block of sleeping rooms have been reserved at the JW Marriott Indianapolis for a discounted rate of $229 single/double plus applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in. Tax is currently 7% state,10% occupancy plus $1.17 per night City EED Fee.

This group rate is available 2 days pre and two days post Official Program Dates, offered at hotel’s discretion, based on availability.

Reservation cut-off: Monday, February 2, 2026 at 5:00 pm EST. This does not guarantee that rooms will be available through that date. You are encouraged to make your reservations early. Reservations made after this date will be subject to space and rate availability.

Any attendee wishing special consideration for early check-in or late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of check-in or departure. Should the Hotel allow for early check-in or late check-out a half-day rate may be imposed.

Any reservation cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date, will be charged for on night’s room and tax.

Early Departure Fee
An early departure fee may be charged if an attendee checks out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date without having notified the hotel by midnight the day after check-in of the change in scheduled departure.

Parking
The valet parking overnight guest rate is between $65 - $80. -parking entrances off Maryland St. and Washington St. Daily parking rate is $59.00 at the time this is posted.

The JW Marriott Indianapolis does not have electric vehicle charging stations.

Smoking
Marriott is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. Guests who do smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. All sleeping rooms are equipped with REST air quality sensors that detect combusted or vaporized tobacco, cannabis, and nicotine. A $2000.00 fee will be charged per detection. Proof must be provided to the group and then the individual before charge is applied to the individual room.

Getting There
The closest airport to the JW Marriott Indianapolis is Indianapolis International Airport (IND) and is located approximately 14.0 Miles from the hotel. Depending on the time of day it may take approximately 20-30 minutes each way. Taxis are available outside the baggage claim area for approximately $30.00 - $40.00 each way. Ride Share services such as Uber and Lyft are also available and can be met at the designated ride-share area.
