In the Fall 2025, the PCI Board of Directors held a Strategic Planning Retreat at our new headquarters in Albany, New York. Based on the work conducted through the retreat and subsequent work sessions, the Board adopted a new Strategic Plan for the association.

The step progression chart below outlines the plan's trajectory for the next three years and serves as our roadmap to the future.
