Powder Coatings are applied to a wide variety of products.  Many require the powder coating to be applied to exterior and/or interior surfaces. While some may be simple to coat, others are often quite complex.  In many cases, the complexity and variety of shapes presented many challenges to coaters; poor coverage excessive coating thickness, appearance quality, and operator training just to name a few.  These applications could benefit from automation; however, previous solutions lacked simplicity, reliability, and accuracy.  

Today Dynamic Contouring automation technology is being utilized in a number of applications.  Dynamic Contouring is easy to use, eliminates complex programming, while improving productivity and coating appearance as well as eliminating some or all of the manual coating.  Attendees to this webinar will receive a noncommercial overview of how dynamic contouring works, what types of results to expect, and who should consider using this automation technology.
